Terms & Conditions
1. General Provisions
1.1 The operator and administrator of the online store available at www.tripplanner.pro (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") is TALENT DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, registered at Kutnowska 1-3/31, 53-135 Wrocław, Poland, under KRS: 0001147761, NIP: 8993013258, REGON: 54060410000000 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").

1.3 The Seller is the party to the sales contracts concluded through the Store and the data controller of personal data provided by Buyers via www.tripplanner.pro.
1.4 These Terms & Conditions define the conditions for making purchases in the Store and do not intend to limit or exclude the rights of consumers as per applicable EU regulations. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be inconsistent with applicable mandatory legal provisions, such provision shall be considered invalid by law.
1.5 The processing of personal data in connection with the Store is conducted in accordance with the Store's Privacy Policy.
1.6 The use of the Store, including making purchases, is voluntary. Providing personal data is also voluntary, except where necessary for contract execution or required by law.
2. Prices and Payments
2.1 All prices in the Store are expressed in Euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
2.2 The Seller accepts the following payment methods:
- PayPal (including credit/debit card payments processed via PayPal)
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
2.3 Payments are considered completed when the Seller receives confirmation of authorization from the payment processor.
3. Order Processing and Contract Conclusion
3.1 All commercial information displayed in the Store, including product prices and descriptions, constitutes an invitation to make an offer.
3.2 Placing an order by the Buyer is equivalent to submitting an offer to purchase. The sales contract is concluded when the Seller receives payment.
3.3 Order confirmation is sent to the Buyer's email address provided during checkout.
3.4 Orders not paid within 5 business days are considered canceled.
4. Right to Withdraw from the Contract
4.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the purchase date without providing a reason.
4.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send a withdrawal statement to info@tripplanner.pro.
4.3 The Seller will refund all received payments within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement, using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless agreed otherwise.
4.4 By downloading digital files, the Buyer agrees to the immediate execution of the service, thereby waiving the right to withdraw from the contract.
4.5 The above provisions do not apply to business Buyers purchasing products for professional use.
5. Delivery
5.1 Orders are processed within up to 5 business days unless a shorter timeframe is specified.
5.2 Digital products (e.g., eBooks) are delivered via email immediately after purchase.
5.3 Invoices are issued electronically unless the Buyer requests a paper invoice.
6. Terms of Use – Digital Content & Services
6.1 All intellectual property rights related to products sold in the Store belong to the Seller or authorized third parties.
6.2 Buyers do not acquire ownership of any intellectual property rights associated with purchased products.
6.3 Purchased products are for personal use only. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing products with third parties
- Commercial use (resale, sublicensing, etc.)
- Modifying, copying, translating, or distributing any part of the content
6.4 The Seller may update digital products for compatibility with new technical environments, ensuring no additional costs for the Buyer.
7. Warranty, Complaints, and Liability
7.1 The Seller is responsible for product defects in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
7.2 Complaints must be submitted via email to info@tripplanner.pro, including a description of the defect and any supporting materials (e.g., screenshots, photos).
7.3 Complaints will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
7.4 The Seller's liability for defects is excluded for business Buyers purchasing products for professional use.
8. Processing of Personal Data
8.1 The Seller is the data controller of personal data and processes it in compliance with GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
8.2 Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Order processing and contract execution
- Compliance with legal obligations (e.g., tax regulations)
- Marketing (if consent is given)
8.3 Detailed rules on data processing are specified in the Store's Privacy Policy.
9. Final Provisions
9.1 Placing an order in the Store requires accepting these Terms & Conditions.
9.2 Any disputes with business Buyers shall be resolved by the court competent for the Seller’s registered office.
9.3 The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, with changes taking effect upon publication.
